Our Quinquenios

At Capiro, we recognize that our greatest treasure is our people, because we know very well that without them our flowers could not reach so many parts of the world or make our dreams come true. For this reason, we are deeply proud of the family we have built throughout these 40 years, made up of more than 2,500 collaborators.

The commitment and dedication of our team is fundamental to us at Capiro. For this reason, we have established a quinquennium newsletter to recognize those employees who have come a long way with the company. In this newsletter, we celebrate those who complete 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of service, highlighting their commitment, sense of belonging, effort, knowledge and dedication. We want to make sure that each one of them feels valued and appreciated for their career at Capiro. To make sure everyone is informed, we publish this newsletter every month so that the entire company can share in their achievement.
